Heavy rainfall, flooding, and transport disruptions are impacting postal operations, and delays to mail and parcel services should be expected. |

Therefore, DDU label creation through XBS for these destinations will no longer be available from 26 June 2026. |

As a result, weather warnings may impact operational processing and transportation activities. To ensure safe working conditions, shipments may experience delays of up to 48 hours. Delays have already been reported in France, Germany, Spain, and Italy. However, additional European countries may also be affected as several regions are currently under red weather warnings. |

With immediate effect, items purchased online from abroad with a value of up to USD 75 are exempt from VAT. Please note that this exemption does not apply to tobacco products, alcoholic beverages, or electronic cigarettes. |

These restrictions will significantly impact on Swiss Post’s mail operation on the Geneva and Lausanne regions over the extended period from 10 to 19 June 2026 when delays can be expected as result. |

The breach involves approximately 500,000 records, including names, phone numbers, and parcel tracking references, increasing the risk of phishing via email and SMS. Services remain operational; however, customers are advised to remain vigilant when receiving unsolicited delivery communications. |

| 18 May 2026 | Ongoing | Italy | IT Issues | Poste Italiane has advised that delays in the processing of customs declarations have been occurring since 13 May. Their IT teams are currently investigating the issue. |
| 18 May 2026 | Ongoing | Poland | System Update | The designated operator of Poland has advised that a migration to the 2025 version of its Customs Declaration System will take place on 20 May 2026 between 08:00 and 13:30 CEST (UTC+2). During this period, delays may occur in the receipt and processing of advance data, which could result in temporary customs-related delays. |

We have now reinstated our services to Israel but please note that due to the current situation in the region customers should anticipate delays. | 24 April 2026 | Ongoing | New Zealand | Torrential Rain and Flooding | New Zealand Post advises that delivery services in parts of the Greater Wellington and Wairarapa regions were disrupted due to recent severe weather and flooding. While services have largely resumed and ferry operations between the North and South Islands are fully restored, some rural areas remain difficult to access and minor delivery delays may persist as recovery continues. |

As a result, secure postal delivery cannot currently be assured in the eastern provinces, specifically North Kivu, South Kivu and Ituri. Postal services to all other regions of the Democratic Republic of the Congo continue to operate normally. |
